Dr. Samridhi Mehta

Dr. Samridhi Mehta is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics with over 15 years of teaching experience. She did her graduation and post-graduation from St. Stephens’s College and then did M. Phil (Mathematics) and Ph. D. (Mathematics) from University of Delhi. She was awarded NBHM M.A./M.Sc. Scholarship and has been a jury member at INSPIRE awards organized by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India in 2011 and 2012.

Her research area includes Randomized Response Techniques. She teaches Algebra and Calculus to undergraduate students. She has written chapters for books by Institute for Lifelong Learning (ILLL), University of Delhi, published research papers in journals of international repute. She has also been coordinator of several add-on courses being conducted in college in varied areas such as Vedic Mathematics, LaTeX and X-Fig.

She has taken up several administrative responsibilities over the years by being member of several Staff Council Committees, Deputy Coordinator of Centralized Evaluation Centre at Hindu College, screening committee among others.
