Disha - The Placement Cell has been instrumental in bridging the gap between students and industry professionals, enabling students to make informed career choices and enhancing their employability. Acting as a vital interface, the cell plays a pivotal role in connecting corporations with students, aiding recruiters in identifying the most suitable candidates for placements, internships, fellowships, and articleships. It is committed to empowering students and organizing impactful events for the holistic development of the student community.

Upholding the legacy of the placement cell to consistently strive for excellence, we witnessed an outstanding 89% increase in the total number of job offers from 2019-20, highlighting the cell's effectiveness in connecting students with prospective employers. Moreover, there was a remarkable 82% growth in the highest package value from 2020-21, showcasing the cell's dedication to securing lucrative opportunities for students. These remarkable achievements underscore the placement cell's unwavering efforts in facilitating successful career placements and strengthening its reputation as a catalyst for professional growth.

Social Media Initiatives:

The Placement Cell of our college has also been actively engaged in a variety of activities throughout the year, providing valuable opportunities and resources to students, apart from handling recruitment opportunities. An example of this was our social media initiatives; Alumni Connect 3.0 and Aluminate 3.0, events where distinguished alumni from Hindu College were invited to share their valuable insights and experiences with the current batch of students. Their stories served as a source of inspiration and guidance for those embarking on their career paths.

The placement cell provided a wide range of opportunities spanning different domains of the corporate sector to the students, resulting in the culmination of the Placement Session 2022-23 and making it truly exceptional.

There are a few to-be-societies currently incubating under DISHA- Hindu Consulting Group, Buniyad and 180 Degrees Consulting, Hindu College.
